Time has certainly flown since the last time I've written a journal entry, but a lot has been going on from pursuing legal action to protect my intellectual property (and learning an awful lot about copyrights, trademarks and why I have an entertainment attorney now) to being fully immersed within the universe of VooDoo Baby (and delightfully so). The first two chapters of VooDoo Baby have been scripted and are in the hands of my artistic team (you wouldn't want me to draw this unless you enjoy some epic stick figures), the website (www.theVooDooBaby.com) is being designed where soon we'll have new t-shirts as well as prints and of course introduction to all the fabulous new characters in the world of our saucy swamp witch.

And I'm immensely excited to announce we've shot a little music video for her, although I've worked within film a lot this is my first time being a full fledged director bringing my creation, VooDoo Baby, to life as well as my first time editing and I'm so addicted to film! Luckily after the the VooDoo Baby "There Will Be Blood" video went live, I was contracted to produce two more music videos for other artists. This weekend I get to team up with my long time partner in crime (and one of the best cinematographers!) Kidtee Hello and we'll be working with Brendin Ross for Frontal Boundary's "Das Blut" video.

In the meantime here's the music video of Anders Manga's "There Will Be Blood" featuring VooDoo Baby and Valérian... a character you'll be seeing a lot more of in the comic!
