Since today marks my 12 year anniversary with :iconmommyslilmonstr:, I figured I'd post one of our wedding pictures. I'll probably post another one later in the week so you can see even more of my dress. ;) My dress was a custom creation by Kambriel (kambriel.com). Stripes of course! My hat is another custom by Topsy Turvy Design (topsyturvydesign.com).

We actually got married last year, a very rock-n-roll wedding which was done every bit our way and no one else's. It was the most nerve wracking, stressful, expensive things I've done in my entire life, but it was well worth it. We were married in the evening, in a historical village (actually a replica 1890's village) that has served as our enchanted backdrop every Halloween.

Every bride will probably say the same thing, it went by way too fast. A small group of us were left way after the event was to be done, and I walked beneath the light of a full moon with my new husband, my very own Prince Charming, and kissed. The perfect ending to a perfect night.

Awwww, well thank you! Yes, we were quite happy, to the point of giddiness and couldn't stop smiling. Perhaps because the entire thing went off without a hitch! My anniversary is coming up so I'm full of fond memories of it.

The dress was a custom creation by Kambriel.com, despite spending so much time outside in the August heat, that dress is shockingly cool!

im quite shocked to hear that is was quite a cool dress but that is very fortunate with the wedding being in august :D
